Ltd.: A Strategic Analysis of Foreign Subsidiary Success in Indian Consumer Markets” is to examine the strategic, financial, operational, technological, and organizational factors that have contributed to Xiaomi India’s growth and competitive positioning in the Indian consumer technology market. The article aims to analyze Xiaomi India’s business evolution, foreign subsidiary strategy, business model, financial and operational performance, product localization, software and service strategy, innovation ecosystem, supply-chain practices, competitive positioning, and long-term sustainability prospects. The study particularly focuses on Xiaomi’s AIoT ecosystem, artificial intelligence-enabled innovation, community-driven product development, digital platforms, and localization strategies as important sources of competitive advantage in India. The use of multiple sources and analytical frameworks supports triangulation and provides a comprehensive understanding of Xiaomi India’s foreign subsidiary success.
